IMPORTANT:

At least one of the authors of the accepted paper must register for the conference and pay registration fees in order for the paper to be included in the ICAISE’2022 Proceedings.

An accepted paper that does not have an associated registered author will not be included in the Proceedings.

The deadline for author registration is September 20, 2022.

A Student Registration is valid only and only if the first author of the accepted paper is a PhD or a master’s thesis student. A student is required to send by fax or email a scanned proof of his/her status.

The payment is accepted only via Bank Wire Transfer.

Please instruct your bank that ALL transaction costs are at the payer’s (your) expense.

Please specify in your payment (e.g., in a comment field) the following expression: “Registration for ICAISE’2022 paper ID” where ID is the ID of your paper (e.g., “Registration for ICAISE’2022 paper 1122”).

After paying registration fees and obtaining the proof of payment, you have to scan (in PDF format) such a proof and send the resulting PDF file with the camera-ready version of your paper, in a single compressed file (in ZIP or RAR format).

Registration fees are as follows:

- Student Poster Presenter:   100 Euros  (1000 MAD)

- International Academic:   200 Euros

- International Student Oral Presenter:   150 Euros

- Maghrebian Academic Oral Presenter:   150 Euros  (1500 MAD)

- Maghrebian Student Oral Presenter:   130 Euros  (1300 MAD)

- Extra Page Charges:   50 Euros  (500 MAD)  per extra page; maximum 2 extra pages are allowed 

- Additional Paper:   100 Euros  (1000 MAD)  for the second paper of the same author

- Industrial:   200 Euros  (2000 MAD)

- Listener Registration:   100 Euros (1000 MAD)
